As a manufacturer of effective die spray systems for foundries and forges, for over 30 years we have worked constantly in the field of spraying technology and set national and international standards with our knowledge and competence. Our state-of-the-art design and production facility of over 2,300 m² we design, plan, project and produce complete and individual solutions for die casting and forging applications. Through in house production we produce over 85% of the parts utilized in our equipment. Our products meet the highest demands in die casting and forging and offer our customers solutions that never cease to fascinate them.

Aware of our environmental responsibilities we supply with our solar power plant with a power output of 84.2 kWp since 2007 the entire electric power needs of the building: 85,000 kWh per year. This will save about 60 tonnes of the greenhouse gas CO2 every year. It is our substantial contribution to climate protection.

With the successful completion of the ECOfit project (operating environmental consulting program of Environment Ministry of Baden-Württemberg) we note the legal conformity to the current legal situation in our environmentally conscious action. ECOfit helps us to extend our existing environmental management.

Our responsibility for the young generation is reflected in the professional training to become mechatronics fitters and milling machine operators.
